Direct hiring by the firm **Staff Selection seeks a Billing Specialist in Echegaray \- Naucalpan de Juárez, State of Mexico** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Due to expansion, a prominent tax and accounting firm requires a **Billing Specialist and Client Service Representative** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (degree holder) **Minimum 2 years of experience** in billing (solid knowledge), tax compliance for CFDIs, types of tax receipts, payment complements, cargo manifest, management of banking portals, invoice vs. bank statement reconciliation, invoice collections control, administrative controls, handling multiple clients simultaneously **(experience in an accounting firm preferred)** **Main Responsibilities:** * Client service for CFDI issuance (and administrative matters) * Bank deposit reconciliation * Issuance of credit notes, payment complements, special complements and/or addenda * Management of banking portals * Process improvement * Escalation of critical issues to management (with proposed solutions) **Systems Used:** Compaq (or similar), Advanced Excel, Billing platforms, familiarity with portals for invoice submission (clients) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (immediate availability) **Work Location:** Echegaray, Naucalpan, State of Mexico **Offer Includes:** * **Monthly gross salary between $15,000 and $18,000** * Statutory benefits (30-day bonus) * Job stability and professional development * Training Direct hiring **Desired Education Level:** Higher education \- degree holder **Desired Experience Level:** Expert level **Departmental Function:** Accounting / Finance **Industry:** Accounting **Skills:** * System usage * Billing * Client service *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6a03482f2c00002d00ff540f\&source\=indeed*
