Assist in controlling inventory of supplies. **Job Objective** Produce bakery products in accordance with established recipes and quality standards, ensuring freshness, hygiene, appropriate presentation, and adherence to production timelines during both day and night shifts. **Duties and Responsibilities** * Prepare dough, ferment, bake, and decorate sweet and savory bread products. * Follow established recipes and portion sizes. * Monitor fermentation and baking times. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Inspect final product quality, texture, and presentation. * Assist in controlling inventory of supplies. * Report shortages or incidents to the immediate supervisor. * Cover day and night shifts as scheduled. **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of bakery experience. * Knowledge of sweet and savory bread production. * Basic operation of ovens and bakery equipment. * Availability to rotate shifts. * Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented.
