Learn more at www.averydennison.com. **Job Description** **POSITION OBJECTIVE** **Support the Strap Attach Operator in production, ensuring compliance with quality and efficiency standards. Responsible for material supply, roll changes, and basic supervision of machine operation, ensuring continuous production flow under established safety and quality guidelines.** **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE** * **Perform basic operation of the Strap Attach machine to initiate startup and maintain operation according to the production schedule.** * **Conduct quality tests on the product according to established criteria and frequency.** * **Follow problem escalation procedures and notify support areas as applicable.** * **Load materials, perform model changes, and make basic adjustments to assist the Press Operator.** * **Identify and stop deviations in the production process, reporting them promptly.** * **Maintain communication with team members for operational coordination.** * **Understand and execute work instructions according to established procedures (WI).** * **Ensure compliance with company-established quality and production standards.** * **Use and care for computer and label printing equipment used in daily production.** * **Follow internal work regulations and company safety requirements.** * **Comply with and promote Avery Dennison's ethics and values policy.** * **Apply and promote 5S practices in the work area.** * **If part of any company brigade or committee, fulfill the corresponding responsibilities.** **Requirements*** **Completed high school education; experience with programmable machinery such as numerical control systems is desirable.** * **Minimum six months of experience in a manufacturing or manual production facility.** * **Knowledge of material supply and roll changes in industrial machinery.
