We are looking for an **Administrative and Accounting Assistant**, reporting directly to the **Finance \& Administration Manager**. As a member of **DOGA Mexico**, he/she will be responsible for supporting accounting, administrative and HR\-related activities, ensuring proper documentation, accurate records and efficient daily office operations. **ESSENTIAL TASKS** * Verify CFDIs, manage the SAT portal, prepare invoices and support the control, analysis, entry and registration of accounting policies. * Support monthly closing activities, prepare accounting and administrative reports, and provide documentation for internal or external audits. * Participate in physical inventories and validate inventory information in the system. * Manage employee files, support recruitment processes, and control attendance records, incidences, time clock information and payroll\-related documentation. * Support daily administrative and office tasks, including agenda management, coordination of meetings and appointments, and general office organization. * Maintain physical and digital files, including classification, scanning, archiving, safeguarding and updating of documents. * Support the management of minor purchases, such as stationery, office supplies and other basic materials. * Provide cordial and efficient attention to visitors, clients and suppliers, answer phone calls and support general reception duties. * Manage courier services such as DHL, FedEx and other parcel providers. * Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas, office spaces and warehouse\-related areas when required. **PROFILE REQUIRED** * Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or similar. * Minimum 6 years of experience in accounting, administration or similar positions. * High level of both Spanish and English. * Knowledge of accounting and administrative processes. * Solid understanding of accounting principles and Mexican tax regulations. * Experience using Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of Contpaqi and SAP will be highly valued. * Strong organization and time management skills. * High attention to detail. * Adaptability and willingness to learn. **WHAT WE OFFER** * **Join a Thriving Company**: Work for a rapidly growing and strategically positioned company. * **Dynamic Team Environment**: Collaborate in active work environment alongside a team of highly qualified and dedicated professionals. * **Inclusive Culture**: Thrive in an inclusive culture that values diversity, where all individuals, regardless of background, gender, sexual orientation, abilities, or gender identity, feel respected and valued. **If you are interested in joining our DOGA team, do not hesitate to apply.
