We are convinced that the combination of solidarity, innovation, respect, loyalty, and responsibility is the perfect formula to become the best team in the financial sector. **Position Objective:** Provide analytical and technical support to Internal Selective Credit Systems nationwide by addressing incidents, monitoring applications, preparing reports, and identifying improvements, supporting users and internal departments in operating and tracking the wholesale credit process. Each day you will face **new and interesting challenges** within your role, for which you will be responsible for: * Addressing and following up on failures or inconsistencies reported by users in Internal Selective Credit Systems (ABC). * Continuously monitoring credit applications to ensure proper operation. * Developing SQL queries and making adjustments to VBA macros to address incidents, operational requirements, and information generation. * Identifying and proposing improvements to Internal Selective Credit Systems. * Preparing and distributing nationwide communications related to Internal Selective Credit Systems. * Preparing weekly and monthly tracking and operational reports. * Participating in certification testing, UAT, and production releases of Internal Selective Credit Systems. * Documenting changes, processes, and adjustments made to tools. * Applying general knowledge of the wholesale credit process to support users, participate in UAT testing, production releases, and national implementations, as well as assist in extracting regulatory reporting. * Establishing communication and follow-up with users and internal departments to ensure proper handling of requirements and operational continuity of tools. **Requirements:** * Professional education: Completed bachelor's degree in economics-administration, finance, engineering, systems, or related fields. * Years of experience: 1 to 2 years in information analysis, system support, risk, or credit (preferred) * Areas of experience: Risk, credit, system support, databases. * Required knowledge: Basic SQL, basic VBA, advanced Excel. Knowledge of the wholesale credit process (preferred).
