Due to expansion and growth, we are seeking your talent as an **Administrative Specialist in REPSE**. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in administrative or accounting fields; incomplete or completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (verifiable). * Minimum 2 years of administrative experience focused on REPSE compliance. * Up-to-date knowledge of Mexican labor and tax legislation. * Intermediate Excel skills and experience with accounting systems. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail. **Responsibilities:** * Monitoring and tracking tax and labor obligations related to the REPSE registry. * Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports for compliance with IMSS, SAT, and STPS. * Review of contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure regulatory compliance. * Coordination with Human Resources and Legal departments to maintain updated required documentation. * Support during internal and external audits related to REPSE. * Experience with SIROC. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Certifications or courses in REPSE, IMSS, SAT, or STPS. * Experience in construction-sector companies or specialized service providers. * Ability to work under pressure and in teams; responsibility; commitment; results orientation; information analysis; attention to detail; assertive and effective communication; excellent service attitude. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** **Additional Benefits and Perks** · NET monthly salary: Between $10,000 and $12,000, depending on experience and qualifications. · Biweekly payroll payments (punctual payments). · Statutory benefits from day one. · Opportunities for professional development and growth. · Corporate benefits. · Half-day off on your birthday. · Work environment: Collaborative, dynamic, and pleasant. · Job stability and long-term employment. · On-site cafeteria available for employees to enjoy their own meals. .
