Teamwork and analytical thinking **Job Description** ---------------------- Management of payments and supplier onboarding, ensuring compliance with company policies and internal controls. Job Responsibilities * Record invoices and credit notes sent by suppliers. * Execute weekly payment proposal updates. * Manage supplier relationships to ensure proper payment processes aligned with company policies and procedures. * Respond to suppliers and internal customers regarding payment statuses. * Advise and support internal customers on payment processes. * Manage the payment request process. * Generate corresponding accounts payable reports.
