Main Responsibilities \- Preparation and monitoring of financial reports \- Preparation and analysis of income statements \- Cash flow control and monitoring \- Disbursement of internal and external payments \- Accounts receivable management \- Collection and organization of accounting information \- Bank reconciliations \- Invoicing control and recording \- Support in the company's administrative and financial processes \- In-person payment collection once per week in Mexico City Requirements \- No prior experience required, but relevant knowledge is necessary (recent graduates) \- Proficiency in Excel \- Organized, analytical, and self-managed profile \- High attention to detail \- Valid driver's license \- Experience in administrative and accounting processes Schedule Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays: On-site at the office Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays: Remote work Benefits \- $20,000 MXN monthly net salary \- Quarterly performance bonus ($6,000 MXN) \- Reimbursement of expenses related to payment collection \- Statutory vacation days \- Statutory year-end bonus (aguinaldo) Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $22,000.00 MXN per month Work Location: Hybrid remote work in Mexico City, CDMX
