Accounting Analyst \- Temporary (Maternity Leave Coverage) This position is responsible for ensuring accurate recording and control of accounting transactions by performing bank reconciliations, journal entry posting, and preparation of financial and tax-related information, guaranteeing data accuracy and compliance with tax obligations. Additionally, it provides support to internal clients for correct transaction application.**Key Responsibilities:** * Perform bank reconciliations in local and foreign currency (MXN and USD). * Record daily revenue and expense accounting entries in SAP. * Prepare fixed asset rollforwards. * Prepare tax schedules for submission to the Tax Department for provisional tax payment calculations. * Respond to and support internal clients (Operations). * Identify, analyze, and timely apply customer deposits. **Requirements:** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. **Experience:** * Experience in general accounting. * Experience in bank reconciliations. **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in SAP. * Basic knowledge of accounting and tax principles. * Intermediate Excel skills. **Competencies:** * Attention to detail * Numerical analysis * Organization and follow-up * Effective communication * Results orientation * Internal customer service **Additional Information:** * Temporary position for maternity leave coverage (6 months). **Experience:** * Experience in general accounting. * Experience in bank reconciliations. **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in SAP. * Basic knowledge of accounting and tax principles. * Intermediate Excel skills. **Competencies:** * Attention to detail * Numerical analysis * Organization and follow-up * Effective communication * Results orientation * Internal customer service **Additional Information:** * Temporary position for maternity leave coverage (\~6 months).
