**Job Description** ------------------------- Ensure that our units and operators are in optimal conditions to carry out their activities, within a framework of safety and proactivity in facing the challenges involved. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Perform express check list on every Cemex unit prior to loading * Verify Cemex credential and valid driver's license for every Cemex operator before loading * Monitor operators' trip logs and rest periods * Follow-up, updates, and delivery of route risk assessment per trip * Conduct alcohol testing * Conduct drug testing * Monitor operators' health status through vital signs checks, medical history, or general illness evaluation * Supervise operators' condition before trips by measuring vital signs * Maintain updated records of results obtained from each audited factor and send weekly and monthly reports **Job Challenges** -------------------- * Help reduce CEMEX's accident rate * Ensure truck/tractor-trailer drivers operate safely for society, CEMEX personnel, suppliers, and customers, while safeguarding asset integrity and reducing accident rates * Persuade freight carriers and/or tractor-trailer operators to comply with safety regulations * Crisis management due to non-compliance with regulations * Promptly report any events and findings related to safety and health **Required Skills and Knowledge** ------------------------------------------ General: \- Paramedic preferred \- TUM * Minimum age 25 years * Database and basic Excel skills * Intermediate first aid knowledge * Industrial safety Required Experience: * Training skills (desirable) * Implementing safety and health programs Required Knowledge: * Alcohol breathalyzer application * Credentialing programs * Express Check List application * Trip log control * Route risk assessment * Antidoping test and vital signs application **Relationships** -------------- Internal * Truck/Tractor-Trailer Operators * Service and Dispatch Advisor * CeDis and Terminal Managers External * Third-party and affiliate clients **Diversity and Inclusion at CEMEX** ----------------------------------- At CEMEX, we recognize the diversity of the world in which we live and do business.
