





**Job Description** ------------------------- Contribute to CEMEX’s strategy by supporting and managing Human Resources processes to foster well-being within a safe and productive work environment. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- 1. Promote, facilitate, and monitor safety and health culture through safety and health programs, processes, initiatives, and metrics developed and implemented by the Safety Advisor. 2. Ensure compliance with labor obligations in accordance with current labor legislation. 3. Ensure efficient, transparent, and effective HR operations, with clear service agreements with all CEMEX employees. 4. Ensure that CEMEX employees receive accurate and timely payroll payments. 5. Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel change processes. 6. Ensure timely and appropriate coverage of vacant positions within the organizational structure. 7. Support tracking of the training offering and institutional and functional development. 8. Support execution of team development plans. 9. Support deployment of CEMEX’s internal communication campaigns and corporate messaging. 10. Support engagement management and workplace environment improvement initiatives. 11. Develop and track the social agenda defined for the Units (UN). 12.
