




Job Summary: Responsible for tracking and controlling personnel movements, ensuring correct application of processes and providing support to HR Advisors. Key Highlights: 1. Support HR Advisors in administrative personnel movements. 2. Track personnel movements and profile changes. 3. Assist with administrative activities and HR projects. **Job Description** ------------------------- Responsible for tracking and controlling administrative and executive personnel movements, ensuring correct application of processes versus HR policies and institutional HR systems. Provides information and support to Advisors for area-related HR processes and applications. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- 1. Provide support to HR Advisors in administrative personnel movements (COM and SPC). 2. Track personnel movements in accordance with HR policies. 3. Implement profile changes according to movements generated within the area. 4. Support administrative activities in the SAP system. 5. Employee File Archiving Project – CEMEX Mexico (employee file archiving). 6. Administration of the Internship Program and “Young People Building the Future” program. 7. Administration of telephone lines for the HR Vice Presidency. 8. Review of organizational structure for biweekly SPC personnel (compensation scale levels). 9. Maintenance of access controls for HR users (SAP, Mopers, and local HR applications). 10.
