The project aims to provide the intern with a comprehensive understanding of a high\-level assessment of the company´s operations (known as the Business Performance Review), learning about key financial indicators and translating complex business ideas and concepts into simple terms. **Challenges for the Student:** Requires fast\-paced learning, attention to detail, and management of large amounts of data. Translating numeric information into insights for decision making. **Main Responsibilities and Activities:** * Support the Strategic Planning team in the preparation of presentation materials for senior management * Work closely with Strategic Planning teams to develop ideas and provide effective communication to support key company\-wide issues * Analyzing and consolidating financial datasets with the main KPIs from operations * Translating data into insights for high\-level decision making * In team problem\-solving, work with stakeholders to craft and polish business narratives and support materials **Specific requirements, technical and soft skills:** * Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint * Strong analytical skills * Structured thinking * Attention to detail, curiosity, and strong communication skills * Student of Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields **Work Hours:** Monday to Firday 8:00 AM\-2:00 PM **Dates**: June 1\-July 24, 2026
