




Job Title Marketing Intern, LATAM Job Description Marketing Intern – Demand Generation (Part\-Time) About the Role As our part\-time Marketing Intern, you’ll jump into a fast\-paced marketing world where no two days look the same. You’ll support demand generation, help coordinate events across Latin America, work with teams from multiple countries, collaborate with external vendors, and keep our data and campaigns running smoothly. It’s the perfect role if you enjoy learning, teamwork, creativity, and making things happen. What You’ll Do Marketing \& Demand Gen* Keep our lead and opportunity data clean, updated, and running like a well\-oiled machine. * Help build and launch campaigns including coordinating monthly sends. * Assist with Salesforce tasks, Chatter questions, funnel doubts, and day\-to\-day process needs. * Create or support dashboards, reports, and insights that help the team make smarter decisions. * Manage incoming leads from different sources and upload lists into Salesforce. LATAM Events \& Field Support* Help coordinate external events across Latin America logistics, materials, registrations, follow\-up and more. * Collaborate with country teams to support regional marketing needs. * Assist in organizing promotional materials and working with external vendors (designers, printers, suppliers). Cross\-Team Collaboration* Work directly with marketing, sales, and academy teams across multiple LATAM countries. * Join meetings, present lead reports, and support ongoing communication between regions. What We’re Looking For Someone who is:* Super organized and detail oriented. * Curious, proactive, and eager to learn. * Able to juggle multiple tasks while keeping a positive attitude. * Comfortable working with people from different cultures and countries. * Interested in marketing, events, data, technology, and trying new things. * Capable of working independently but also loves teamwork. * Intermediate with Excel and Microsoft Office. What You’ll Learn* How LATAM marketing operates across multiple countries. * Salesforce fundamentals: data management, dashboards, campaign setup. * Event coordination and vendor management. * How Demand Generation works from leads to opportunities. * Reporting skills and dashboard storytelling for leadership. * Collaboration with cross\-functional teams (sales, academy, partners, external suppliers). * Real world marketing execution: social, events, email, analytics, and more.
