This internship will allow you to participate in daily order planning, tracking of delivery times, and distribution of tasks across various production departments. You will learn how an operational process is structured and controlled within a manufacturing company. You will assist in recording progress, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing simple improvements to enhance workflow efficiency. You will also collaborate in coordinating activities among engraving, assembly, and quality control. As part of your responsibilities, you will work on a project aimed at analyzing current processes, proposing improvements to optimize daily operations, and developing process manuals to formalize and standardize these improvements.
