Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to manage material inbound and outbound operations, review documents, record data, and participate in physical inventory counts. Key Responsibilities: 1. Warehouse material inbound and outbound management 2. Accurate review and recording of documents and data 3. Participation in physical inventory counts **Requirements** * Education: Completed high school diploma * Age: 20 to 40 years old * Experience: Not mandatory Responsibilities: * Enter warehouse material inbound and outbound records into the system * Review documents such as delivery notes, invoices, purchase orders, or requisitions to ensure data accuracy prior to entry * Record data including material type, quantity, date, supplier, destination, and requestor * Compare physical (manual) records with digital records to identify errors or inconsistencies * Participate in physical inventory counts and record results Knowledge and Skills: * Proficiency in spreadsheet software such as Excel (formulas, pivot tables, filters) * Ability to rapidly and accurately enter large volumes of information * Familiarity with material inbound and outbound processes, product coding, and classification Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $13,200.00 - $13,201.00 per month Benefits: * Paternity leave exceeding statutory requirements Work Location: On-site employment
