Your primary role will be to assist with daily kitchen tasks, participate in production processes, maintain cleanliness of the work area, and ensure proper organization of the space. We seek someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and under quality standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Ingredient Preparation:** Wash, peel, cut, and chop vegetables and meats according to instructions from the Head Chefs. * **Cleaning and Hygiene:** Maintain work areas, utensils, equipment, and surfaces in perfect condition during and after service. * **Stock Management:** Receive supplier orders, verify product quality, and properly organize storage. * **Service Support:** Ensure dishes are served on time and correctly, meeting establishment standards. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Strictly adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations. **Required Profile:** * Proactive attitude and ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Speed and efficiency in repetitive tasks without compromising quality. * Attention to detail in dish presentation and kitchen order. * Excellent personal hygiene and respect for sanitary regulations Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $9,943\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
