





**Food Preparation** * Wash, disinfect, and cut fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients. * Assist with basic food preparation (sauces, side dishes, etc.). * Portion food according to instructions from the chef or supervisor. * Assist with plating and serving dishes. **Cleaning and Hygiene** * Keep the kitchen area clean and organized. * Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. * Comply with food hygiene and handling regulations (NOM-251). * Remove trash and waste in accordance with established guidelines. * Wear uniform and protective equipment as required. * Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations. * Avoid consuming food outside designated areas. * Observe cafeteria internal schedules and policies.
