*This job posting is from the Talenteca.com job board* ### **Job opening at Baxal Executive Search in Cuajimalpa de Morelos, Mexico City** Provide support in food preparation, plating, and cleaning of food items and kitchen utensils, ensuring food quality, hygiene, and presentation in accordance with the chef’s instructions and food safety and sanitation standards. ⸻ Main responsibilities: Assist in basic food preparation (washing, peeling, cutting, chopping, and portioning ingredients). Maintain cleanliness and order in work areas, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Wash and disinfect fruits, vegetables, and other supplies according to established standards. Assist with plating and garnishing dishes. Monitor and restock supplies at workstations. Comply with food hygiene and safety standards (e.g., wearing uniforms, hygienic food handling, etc.). Assist with receiving and storing products, monitoring expiration dates and stock rotation. Participate in final waste disposal, adhering to waste segregation policies. Support the kitchen team with general tasks during service.
