Teamwork, speed, and sense of urgency in the kitchen. **Job Description: Kitchen Assistant** Mumu Burgers \& Red Oven Pizza (Dark Kitchen – Mexico City) **Job Objective** · Support food preparation, assembly, and dispatch for Mumu Burgers and Red Oven Pizza, ensuring speed, consistency, and quality while meeting brand standards and delivery platform time requirements. **Main Responsibilities** · Ingredient preparation (mise en place): meats, vegetables, sauces, doughs, and toppings. · Production and cooking of Mumu Burgers and Red Oven Pizza products. · Order assembly according to digital tickets (Uber Eats, Rappi, etc.). · Correct packaging and presentation of delivery orders. · Cleaning and organization of the work area. · Basic inventory control and waste reporting. · Receiving and organizing supplies. · Adherence to recipes, portioning guidelines, and operational standards. **Candidate Profile** · Basic kitchen experience (3–6 months) or strong willingness to learn. · Speed, organization, and sense of urgency. · Teamwork and responsibility. · Availability for shifts and weekends. · Prior experience in fast food or dark kitchens is desirable.
