We seek a ***Kitchen Assistant*** who is committed and passionate about gastronomy, ensuring the preparation of high-quality food with impeccable presentation while respecting portion control standards, measurements, and plating guidelines. Your role will be essential in delivering standardized, high-excellence service to our staff and players. Main Responsibilities: * Report supply needs by conducting daily inventory counts for supplier orders. * Prepare food at cold and hot buffet stations (chopping, seasoning, flavoring), following hygiene protocols and preventing cross-contamination. * Request dishware, flatware, and glassware from the dishwashing area as needed, ensuring correct quantities for plating. * Stock and supervise the buffet line, maintaining presentation and consistent food supply. * Record daily cleaning, temperatures, and supply receipt in logs, complying with **Distintivo H** procedures. * Optimize ingredient usage to reduce waste and avoid overproduction. * Taste and verify seasoning of food prior to service, ensuring quality in every preparation. Requirements: · Minimum 3 years of prior kitchen experience · Knowledge of food hygiene and safety · Ability to work effectively in a team · Proactive attitude, organization, and commitment to quality · Academic Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Gastronomy \- Availability to rotate shifts is required\- We Offer: Base salary \+ benefits exceeding statutory requirements from day one; direct employment with the Mexican Football Federation Location: This position is based in the southern part of Mexico City, in the Tlalpan delegation, at the CAR facilities.
