Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Assistant to support food preparation, plating, and food production, ensuring proper cleaning and handling. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in food preparation (side dishes, sauces, dressings, grilling) 2. Plating and kitchen production 3. Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and work areas. 2. Apply disinfection techniques and safe food handling practices according to Distintivo H standards. 3. Provide chefs and departments with required supplies for beverage and food preparation. 4. Wash and disinfect equipment, utensils, and food-contact surfaces each time you switch products or whenever necessary. 5. Perform duties related to grilling, cold station, machine operation, utility tasks, and warehouse operations as operational needs require. 6.
