GENERAL WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT

Description

Job Summary: Responsible for performing picking activities, validating products, inspecting physical conditions, placing products, scanning and recording movements, and assisting in order consolidation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Performing picking activities and product validation. 2. Managing inventory and recording movements in the system. 3. Complying with safety regulations and assisting in order consolidation. Perform picking activities according to picking orders (WMS, pick lists, RF devices, etc.). Validate that products, batches, and quantities match the requirements of the customer or requesting department. Inspect the physical condition of products and packaging, reporting any damage or anomalies. Place products on pallets, containers, or designated areas, adhering to layout and safety standards. Scan, label, and record movements in the system to maintain up-to-date inventory. Assist in final order consolidation and verification prior to shipment. Comply with safety, organization, and cleanliness standards (5S). Report inventory discrepancies to the supervisor (shortages, overages, expirations, etc.). Assist in cycle counts and physical inventories as required.
