Coordination and communication with various departments. **GENERAL MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT** Perform infrastructure maintenance and conservation tasks to ensure facilities remain in good condition, prevent deterioration, and preserve functionality—encompassing preventive maintenance, repairs, technical inspections, compliance with departmental policies, and implementation of measures aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives—while ensuring quality standards and response times within established budgets. **Experience:** * If formal education is not held, a minimum of 1 year of building maintenance experience is required. **Monthly GROSS Salary:** * $16,264 MXN **Responsibilities:** * Daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reporting. * Performing maintenance activities on assigned facilities. * Performing maintenance activities on assigned walls. * Performing maintenance activities on assigned floors. * Implementing preventive maintenance programs. * Resolving service failures affecting operational continuity. * Monitoring and supervising proper operation of facilities and electromechanical equipment. * Maintaining continuous coordination and communication with heads of various departments or services. * Performing duties in accordance with current guidelines and regulations. **We Offer:** * Weekly payments * No probationary week * Grocery vouchers * Statutory benefits * Social security coverage from day one * Profit-sharing * Year-end bonus (aguinaldo) * Vacation time * Vacation premium * Complimentary uniforms Job Types: Full\-time, Contract Pay: $16,264\.00 per month Work Location: In person
