Position Summary: We are seeking a General Kitchen Assistant to provide professional service, maintain cleanliness and order in kitchen areas, and comply with food hygiene and safety standards. Desirable experience in large-scale events THE 2026 FIFA WORLD CUP IS APPROACHING, and for MEXICO CITY, we are looking for you: **GENERAL KITCHEN ASSISTANT** * Reports to Supervisor * Provide professional service and consistently supportive attitude * Clean kitchen equipment and utensils * Maintain order and cleanliness in kitchen areas (BOH) * Comply with food hygiene and safety standards * Follow established cleaning routines and standards * Sweep, mop, and maintain clean areas after operations * Restock and organize work areas Requirements: * Prior experience (desirable in large-scale or high-volume events) * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work effectively as part of a team * Knowledge of food hygiene * Ability to lift and move heavy objects (approximately up to 20–25 kg) * Physical fitness for activities such as bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting * Ability to safely climb stairs or ramps * Responsible, punctual, and reliable individual * Ability to work under pressure in dynamic, fast-paced environments **COMPETITIVE SALARIES** Position Type: Project-based or fixed-term contract Contract Duration: 5 days Salary: $800.00 – $1,000.00 per day Benefits: * Discounted cafeteria service Work Location: On-site employment
