Positive work environment **GRUPO DECC is hiring General Helpers in Naucalpan de Juárez, State of Mexico** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- General Helper \- with or without experience GRUPO DECC is hiring General Helpers in Naucalpan de Juárez, State of Mexico **General Production Helper / Weekly gross pay $2,403 / Monday to Friday** **Work location:** Alce Blanco, Naucalpan, State of Mexico An industrial and graphic arts company located in the Alce Blanco area is seeking **General Production Helpers** to join its team. We seek responsible individuals with basic production or factory experience and availability to rotate shifts. Responsibilities: * Support on **production lines** * Loading and placement of materials * Packaging and inspection of finished products * Labeling and preparation of materials * General assistance to machine operators * Workplace organization and cleaning * Compliance with safety regulations Requirements: * Minimum education: **completed junior high school** * **Minimum 6 months of experience in production, manufacturing, subcontracted manufacturing (maquila), or as a general helper** * Verifiable experience through **employment references** * Availability to **rotate shifts monthly** * Complete and valid documentation * Teamwork attitude and sense of responsibility Schedules: **Monthly rotating shifts:** * **Morning shift:** 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM * **Afternoon shift:** 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM * **Night shift:** 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Mandatory training every Wednesday (6 paid hours).
