Job Summary: We are seeking a general helper to perform various cleaning and material transportation tasks in green areas, parking lots, sidewalks, and roadways. Key Responsibilities: 1. Green area, parking lot, and sidewalk cleaning 2. Roadway maintenance 3. Transportation of materials and waste We seek a general helper who will perform the following activities... Green Area Cleaning: Garbage and leaf litter collection, weeding of flower beds. Parking Lot Cleaning: Sweeping, removal of waste and/or unnecessary materials, signage cleaning. Sidewalk Cleaning: Sweeping and waste removal from perimeter sidewalks. Roadway Cleaning: Sweeping and waste removal from internal property roads and streets. Transportation of construction materials and/or waste Position Type: Full-time, Project-based or Fixed-term, Probationary period Contract Duration: 2 months Salary: Starting at $13,226.10 per month Work Location: On-site employment
