Job Summary: Comprehensive support in surveillance, access control, monitoring, cleaning, gardening, and basic maintenance, coordinated with the maintenance supervisor. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration with the maintenance team Main responsibilities include support in surveillance (staff access control, entry/exit registration, CCTV monitoring, and property security), support in cleaning, gardening, and basic maintenance, covering breaks for the maintenance supervisor; this position coordinates with the maintenance supervisor.
