Being part of an institution with over 60 years of history. *About the Role* **Facilities Assistant** Maintain assigned spaces or facilities in optimal condition regarding hygiene, order, and presentation—including cleaning surfaces, floors, restrooms, and other areas—as well as properly using cleaning products and tools provided by the Institution to ensure that both interior and exterior facilities remain adequately clean and orderly for operations. **Your Key Responsibilities:** * Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors across all buildings, hallways, common areas, and perimeter zones to keep all campus areas clean. * Clean and disinfect restrooms, toilets, sinks, and showers to maintain cleanliness. * Wash and clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces across all buildings, classrooms, offices, and lecture halls to ensure clear visibility and professional appearance. * Empty and replace garbage bags in containers to eliminate odors and prevent waste accumulation. * Complete cleaning logs for classrooms, offices, and restrooms to support quality control and compliance with applicable standards. *Profile We Are Seeking* **Mandatory Requirements:** * **Education:** Minimum basic education level (with proof of enrollment or completion). * **Experience:** 6 months to 1 year in similar positions (general helper, facilities assistant). **Desirable Qualifications:** * Experience in global or educational environments. * Key competencies: time management, sense of urgency, service orientation. **Your Impact at UNITEC** At this institution, we develop well-rounded individuals for fulfilling lives and a better world.
