We are seeking an experienced and committed cook/kitchen assistant to join our seafood restaurant. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in cooking or food production * Knowledge of seafood handling * Practical knowledge of basic culinary techniques * Ability to follow detailed recipes and procedures **Responsibilities:** * Prepare ingredients: wash, peel, cut, and measure according to instructions from the shift supervisor * Maintain cleanliness and order in work areas, utensils, and kitchen equipment * Properly organize and store food products and supplies * Assist in food preparation and cooking under the chef's supervision * Always comply with food hygiene and safety standards * Properly manage waste and maintain an orderly kitchen **We offer:** * Base salary + tips * Statutory benefits * Uniforms Work location: Very close to the Amajac Metrobus station.
