We specialize in high-quality product conditioning and seek committed talent to join our strong and professional team in La Loma, Tlalnepantla. **What Are We Looking For?** * Age: 18 to 55 years old. * Education: Completed elementary school. * Experience: Not required. * Availability: Willingness to rotate shifts monthly (Morning, Afternoon, and Night shifts). **Your Main Responsibilities:** Cleaning and sanitization of work areas (pharmaceutical protocols). Box assembly, labeling, and product conditioning. Organizing supplies and finished products. Supporting semi-automated and manual production lines. **Monthly Rotating Shifts** * Morning Shift: Monday to Saturday, 6 AM to 2 PM * Afternoon Shift: Monday to Saturday — Monday to Friday, 2 PM to 10 PM; Saturday, 2 PM to 7 PM * Night Shift: Monday to Friday, 10 PM to 6 AM. **We Offer:** * Salary: $9,480 gross per month. * **Mandatory Benefits:** Social security, vacation days, vacation bonus, Christmas bonus (aguinaldo), profit sharing, etc. * **Additional Benefits:** * Savings Fund: 7% * Grocery vouchers: $1,200 * Punctuality bonus: $200 * Attendance bonus: $200 * Annual bonus (15 days’ salary) * Overtime pay * Direct employment contract with the company * Free uniform and laundry service * Weekly payments (every Friday) * No probationary week or payment delay * Indefinite-term contract * Employee discount Are you interested in this position?
