At **LABZ Medical Distributor**, we seek a Warehouse and Inventory Manager responsible for coordinating and ensuring accurate inventory control, goods receipt and dispatch, order preparation, and logistics tracking of medical products and consumables. We are looking for an organized, responsible individual with experience in warehouse operations and administrative control. **Responsibilities** * Supervision and control of inventories. * Control of goods receipt and dispatch. * Order preparation, verification, and shipment. * Generation and tracking of shipping guides. * Coordination of deliveries and logistics tracking. * Control of product expiration dates and traceability. * Product labeling and storage organization. * Coordination of cyclical and physical inventories. * Documentation control and warehouse reporting. * Monitoring of inventory maximum and minimum levels. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Experience in warehouse, inventory, and logistics management. * Proficiency in Excel and inventory control systems, CRM. * Experience in packaging, preparing shipping guides, and shipment tracking. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Prior experience in the medical, pharmaceutical, or regulated sector is desirable. **We Offer** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Excellent work environment. * Opportunity for professional growth. **Work Location** * On-site position in Zapopan, Jalisco.
