Position Summary: Sensory Analyst with experience in executing physical, documentary, and sensory inspections, and ensuring compliance with quality standards for dietary supplements. Key Highlights: 1. Complete execution of physical, documentary, and sensory inspections. 2. Ensure compliance with technical specifications and traceability. 3. Due to expansion, we are seeking: **"SENSORY ANALYST"** Responsibilities: Complete execution of physical, documentary, and sensory inspections. Sampling according to procedures (NOM / ISO / HACCP). Evaluation of organoleptic characteristics. Release or rejection of raw materials. Follow-up on deviations and non-conformities. Duties: Conduct descriptive and discriminative sensory tests. Ensure compliance with technical specifications. Guarantee material traceability. Comply with standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000\). Authority: Release or rejection of raw materials. Generation of non-conformance reports. Sensory Ability (Intermediate Level) Evaluation of: Taste, Color, Odor, Texture Comparison against defined standards. Identification of subtle variations. Requirements: Completed Bachelor's degree: Food Engineering, Chemistry, or related field. Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in sensory areas **(mandatory)** **Knowledge of NOM, ISO 9000, FSSC22000, HACCP** Salary: $12,000–$15,000 MXN monthly (verifiable experience) \+ PL\+ Punctuality Bonus Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM If you meet the profile, apply through this channel; we will contact you.
