Job Summary: We are seeking an SAP SuccessFactors L2/L3 Support Consultant/Engineer to resolve complex incidents, configure system modules, and manage integrations within a global IT team. Advanced configuration of SAP SuccessFactors modules A leading technology consulting firm specializing in human capital management is looking for an **SAP SuccessFactors L2/L3 Support Consultant/Engineer** to join our global IT team. If you have experience resolving complex incidents, configuring system modules, and managing integrations, this opportunity is for you! **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide second-level (L2\) and third-level (L3\) technical and functional support to SAP SuccessFactors platform users globally. * Diagnose, resolve, and document critical system incidents and change requests (Change Requests). * Configure business rules, workflows, and custom objects using the **MDF (Metadata Framework)**. * Perform backend configurations and system adjustments using the **Provisioning** tool. * Monitor, diagnose, and resolve failures in system **integrations** with external platforms (Payroll, ERP, etc.) using middleware solutions (CPI, Dell Boomi, or similar). * Collaborate with the SAP team to escalate product defects requiring patches or vendor notes. **Candidate Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, IT Management, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 3–4 years of verifiable experience in SAP SuccessFactors support or consulting (advanced L2 or L3 level). * **Mandatory Knowledge:** Strong hands-on experience configuring key modules such as **Employee Central (EC)** (Desirable: LMS, Recruiting, Performance, or Compensation). * Proficiency in advanced configuration tools: **Provisioning**, MDF, and Business Rules is essential. * **Languages:** Advanced conversational English. * **Certifications:** SAP SuccessFactors certifications in any module are highly desirable. ### **Soft Skills:** * Excellent analytical and complex problem-solving abilities under pressure. * Customer orientation and strong communication skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multicultural teams. ### **Offer:** * Base salary of MXN 45,000–90,000 per month (gross) * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Hybrid work model and office hours * Family SGMM, SV, grocery vouchers, 30-day bonus, PTU payment.
