Collaborate in decision-making and adopt a preventive approach. **Zurich, a leading international insurer, invites you to join its team as:** **“RISK ENGINEERING MANAGER – MIDDLE MARKET”** **Your Skills and Experience:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience:** 5+ years of experience in risk engineering (preferably in Middle Market or Property & Casualty). * **Technical Knowledge:** Risk assessment methodologies (fire, natural hazards, civil liability, theft, others), NFPA Standards, national occupational safety standards (STPS) and international standards (OSHAS). * **Language:** Intermediate English. * **Willingness to Travel** **Additional Skills (Nice to Have)** * Basic/intermediate data analysis. * Programming (Python, R, or SQL). * Power BI or other visualization tools. * AI and predictive analytics applied to risk. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct risk assessments for medium-complexity enterprises (primarily fire-related). * Provide technical advisory services to clients for risk reduction and improvement. * Analyze portfolio performance to identify loss patterns, emerging risks, and critical segments. * Implement risk improvement programs. * Collaborate with underwriting and internal departments. * Monitor the Middle Market portfolio from a preventive perspective. * Develop dashboards and analytical reports to support decision-making, collaborating with underwriting and commercial management to assist in selection. **We Offer:** * Attractive compensation package. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Flexible work arrangements. * Work location: Toreo de Cuatro Caminos.
