Warehouse and Inventory Manager

**LEADING MEXICAN COMPANY IN ITS INDUSTRY IS SEEKING A WAREHOUSE AND INVENTORY MANAGER.** *We are looking for candidates with knowledge of:* first-in, first-out (FIFO) product handling; inventory management; cyclic counts; product rotation; and order picking. **Job Location:** Monterrey, Nuevo Leon. **Requirements:** \- Completed or incomplete high school education. \- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel. \- At least 1 year of warehouse experience. \- Experience using the SAP system. \- Process management and improvement **Key Responsibilities:** * Receiving goods, organizing them in the warehouse, and entering them into the system. * Managing first-in, first-out (FIFO) flow of goods. * Picking orders for customers and branch sales representatives. * Conducting inventories and cyclic counts. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area. * Reporting damaged goods and following up until removal is recorded in the system. * Inventory management and warehouse tracking * Process management * Performance indicator monitoring **We Offer:** * $12,500 gross monthly salary plus bonuses. * Monthly bonus of $2,500 based on branch quota * Food vouchers: $1,425 per month * Social security / INFONAVIT * 15 days of year-end bonus (aguinaldo) * Profit-sharing and savings fund **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $12,500.00 \- $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for an indefinite-term employment contract * Food vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
