**RCI FOLDING PACKAGING** We are a Mexican company founded in 1985 with the purpose of providing solutions to **OFFSET** printing needs, with a special focus on **FOLDING** cardboard boxes. **Requirements:** \*Education: High School \*Knowledge of printing processes, quality standards, quality control, use of measuring tools, problem solving, documentation, and report generation **Activities:** **Material Inspection:** Verify the quality of raw materials, such as cardboard and inks, before use. **Process Control:** Monitor machines during production to ensure quality standards are met. **Print Test Review:** Conduct print tests to verify color accuracy, registration, and image quality. **Defect Detection:** Identify and document any defects in prints, such as stains, misalignments, or color variations. **Result Documentation:** Record quality findings and generate reports for management and follow-up. **Implementation of Quality Standards:** Ensure all processes comply with established quality regulations in the print shop. **Collaboration with Production:** Work closely with the production team to address and resolve quality issues in real time. **Staff Training:** Provide training on quality practices to operators and other team members. **Quality Audits:** Participate in internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of the quality management system. **Data Analysis:** Evaluate quality data to identify trends and propose process improvements. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday Day: 8:00 am to 6:35 pm Night: 9:00 pm to 6:30 am Job type: Full-time Salary: $2,700.00 \- $3,000.00 per week Benefits: * Savings fund * Company parking * Free parking Workplace: On-site job
