Polaris Inc., a leader in the powersports industry, is seeking a dynamic shipping supervisor to join our team. Required Education: High School Diploma / Technical Degree (Verifiable) Knowledge and Experience **Completed technical degree.** * 5 years of experience in plastic injection molding. * Strong mechanical skills and ability to create injection machine programs from scratch. * Experience with injection molding machines. * Ability to troubleshoot injection molding process issues. * Availability for 12-hour shifts. * Experience in preventive maintenance and continuous improvement programs. Schedule: * Rotating.
