Lindavista Neighborhood** **Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM** **Job Description** A growing company is looking for a **Payroll Specialist** with an analytical mindset and commitment to continuous improvement, responsible for ensuring accurate payroll execution, legal compliance, and process optimization. The role evolves toward **systematization of the department** and support in **operational recruitment**. **Position Objective** Ensure accurate execution, control, and compliance of payroll, guaranteeing precision, legality, and operational efficiency, with emphasis on automation and continuous improvement. **Responsibilities** **Payroll:** * Payroll calculation and processing * Management of payroll incidents * Calculation of severance payments and settlements * CFDI payroll stamping * IMSS monitoring and follow-up * Compliance with legal obligations * Payroll reconciliations * Employee support **Systematization and Improvement:** * Optimization of payroll processes * Documentation of procedures * Automation of operational workflows * Generation of reports * Coordination with Accounting and IT departments **Operational Recruitment Support (Desirable):** * Job posting * Candidate screening * Initial interviews * Process tracking **Requirements** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field **Experience:** * 2–4 years in payroll * Experience in payroll and severance calculations * Proficiency with payroll systems * Experience in process improvement (desirable) * Experience in operational recruitment (desirable) **Technical Knowledge** * Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, INFONAVIT, Income Tax (ISR) * Payroll CFDI * Intermediate to advanced Excel * **NOI proficiency (mandatory)** **Competencies** * Analytical thinking * Attention to detail * Organization * Continuous improvement orientation * Adaptability * Confidentiality **We Offer** * Competitive salary (based on experience) * Statutory benefits * Growth and development opportunities * Participation in process improvement and automation projects Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have over 2 years of experience in full payroll calculation (incidents, stamping, severance payments)? * Have you worked with NOI (CONTPAQi Nóminas)? * Do you have experience calculating severance payments and settlements? * Have you managed processes related to IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, and SUA? * Have you participated in payroll process improvement or automation? * Do you have experience in operational recruitment (desirable)? * Do you have intermediate or advanced Excel skills? * Are you available to work onsite in León, Gto., Lindavista Neighborhood?
