Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced patternmaker for pattern drafting and development, a key role in ensuring correct fit, scalability, and garment production. Key Highlights: 1. Fitting adjustments and sample corrections We are looking for a patternmaker with experience in pattern drafting and development to join our apparel production team. This person will be critical in ensuring garments achieve the correct fit, are scalable, and are ready for production with contractors. Development of base and graded patterns Interpretation of designs and technical specifications Fitting adjustments and sample corrections Drafting for production (fabric optimization) Communication with contractors to ensure accurate execution Minimum 2\-3 years of experience as a patternmaker Knowledge of shrinkage testing for knit fabrics Knowledge of size grading Experience in apparel (ideally \[sportswear / casual / knit]) Knowledge of knit fabrics (preferred) Organization, attention to detail, and focus on quality Job Type: Full-time Salary: $13,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
