People like you! **Operational Maintenance Test Service** ======================================== Job Req ID: 134357 Location: Lagos de Moreno, MX, CP47410 **Position Objective** * Collaborate in ensuring the availability of equipment/systems supporting production. **Main Responsibilities** 1\. Implement and document maintenance, repairs, and refurbishments on test equipment/systems. 2\. Install and adjust test adapters on test equipment; mount test adapters. 3\. Collaborate in the commissioning of test equipment/systems at the production plant. 4\. Assemble test systems according to customer requirements and specifications (e.g., equipment technology specifications, etc). 5\. Collaborate in information flow with specialized departments and/or supervisors. **Required Qualifications** * Vocational education: Technical High School Diploma \- Education: Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician, TSU in Mechatronics, Electronics \- Language: English Level 1 (Basic) • Experience in: Production processes or the automotive industry (technical aspects, systems, manufacturing processes); execution of similar tasks within standardized routine procedures based on precise instructions, as well as handling similar problem-solving situations (standard solutions) and/or covering a number of simple departmental subprocesses and/or a number of simple product components. • Technical knowledge: IATF16949 standard, ISO 14001 / ISO 45001, Statistical tools (7 Quality Tools), Problem-solving tools (8 D's), Product integrity, Risk analysis, Customer-specific requirements, Knowledge of electronics, Knowledge of pneumatics, Software proficiency (Windows, Office) **Important Notes for Internal Posting Applications** Deadline to submit application: 5 business days after publication.
