**POSITION REQUIREMENTS** Location: Toluca Chocolate and Beverages Plant Schedule: Monday to Sunday, with one rotating day off per week and availability to rotate across 3 shifts: 1st shift from 6:00 am; 2nd shift from 2:00 pm to 9:30 pm; and 3rd shift from 9:30 pm to 6:00 am Education: Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance and/or incomplete technical or engineering program Languages: N/A Experience: 1 year of electromechanical experience and/or internship in industrial services **POSITION SNAPSHOT** Maintain the company’s process equipment in optimal condition, supported by practical solutions and Continuous Improvement ideas that contribute to process optimization, thereby enhancing our efficiencies and performance within the technician’s area of expertise. Also ensure delivery of Industrial Services at the plant by promoting teamwork and supporting TPM Planned Maintenance, to achieve departmental and overall plant objectives. Compliance with SGI requirements. **A DAY IN THE LIFE OF…** * Maintain Industrial Services equipment under your responsibility in optimal operating condition, ensuring uninterrupted operation during scheduled production hours. * compressed air, water supply, steam) via the 70\-20\-10\ system. * Adhere to Good Maintenance Practices, timely and accurate Work Order notifications, and generate corresponding Work Orders to withdraw materials from the technical warehouse.
