Job Summary: HVAC specialist technician responsible for the installation, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance of residential, commercial, and industrial air conditioning systems. Key Highlights: 1. HVAC system installation and maintenance 2. Basic electrical knowledge and electrical control 3. Teamwork and service orientation **Education:** Technical diploma, high school diploma, preparatory school diploma, and/or equivalent. Driving license is a plus. **Knowledge and Experience:** Installation, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems, ensuring proper operation, energy efficiency, and compliance with safety and quality standards. Residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC systems. Basic electricity and electrical control. Preventive and corrective maintenance. HVAC technician/specialist. · **Air conditioning systems.** · Chillers, VRF/VRV, mini-splits, packaged units, chillers, etc. · Air and water balancing (TAB) · Preventive and corrective maintenance. · System start-up, testing, and commissioning. · Organization and time management. · Working under pressure and in emergency situations. · Effective communication. · Teamwork and service orientation. · Customer attention and service (basic) ***Offer:*** NET salary of $12,000 to $16,000 or higher, based on experience and expertise. Statutory benefits. Monday to Thursday: 09:00–19:00; Friday: 08:30–16:30. Employment type: Full-time. Salary: $12,000.00 – $16,000.00 per month. Workplace: On-site employment
