Requirements: * Age between 25 and 45 years. * Experience working at heights. * Basic knowledge in: * Electricity. * Painting. * Plumbing. * Masonry. * Proper use of hand tools. * Availability to travel and support various services. * Responsible, punctual, and committed. * Service-oriented attitude and ability to work in a team. * Focused on delivering high-quality and safe work. Responsibilities: * Perform general preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. * Assist with basic electrical repairs. * Conduct minor plumbing and masonry repairs. * Carry out painting and finishing work. * Perform tasks at heights following safety protocols. * Inspect facilities and report malfunctions.
