Position Summary: Fixed-source sampling technician responsible for conducting pollutant emission sampling in industrial environments, ensuring quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Dynamic role involving outdoor and high-altitude work. 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. 3. Supporting industry in complying with regulations and operating cleanly. At ACAL, we are an SME accredited as a testing laboratory by EMA and PROFEPA, specializing in environmental services for atmospheric pollutant emission assessment in the industrial sector. We conduct emission measurements in industrial ducts and chimneys, as well as at company perimeters, supporting our clients in regulatory compliance and enabling cleaner, more efficient operations. We are currently seeking a **FIXED-SOURCE SAMPLING TECHNICIAN**. **Responsibilities:** · Conducting PST, PM10, PM2\.5, and other sampling activities at industrial process chimneys or fixed sources via sampling ports located on facility rooftops. · Transporting, installing, and hoisting sampling equipment to the client’s site or sampling location; recovering samples and delivering them to the laboratory. · Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on sampling equipment and utility vehicles. · Ensuring quality standards. · Supervising personnel. **Mandatory Requirements:** · Ability to drive standard vehicles (SUVs/vans) and possession of a valid driver’s license (Class B); · Availability for travel; · Strong numerical aptitude and preference for outdoor and high-altitude work. · Immediate availability. **Education:** * Completed technical high school diploma / incomplete degree (required). **License/Certification:** * State-issued driver’s license — Class B (required) **Required Experience:** · 1–2 years (preferably in environmental laboratories). · Industrial environment experience. · Experience using electric generators and basic laboratory equipment. **Employment Type:** Full-time.
