**ELECTROMECHANICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN** Location: Toluca Chocolate and Beverages Factory. Education: Certified technician in industrial maintenance, electricity, or mechanics. Schedule: Monday to Sunday with one rotating weekday off; three shifts rotate weekly: 1st shift from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm; 2nd shift from 2:00 pm to 9:30 pm; 3rd shift from 9:30 pm to 6:00 am. POSITION SNAPSHOT: Maintain the company’s process equipment in optimal condition, supported by practical solutions and Continuous Improvement ideas that contribute to process optimization, thereby enhancing efficiencies and performance within the technician’s area of expertise, promoting teamwork and supporting TPM planned maintenance to achieve departmental and overall factory objectives. Compliance with SGI requirements. A DAY IN THE LIFE: * Maintain optimal operating conditions of assigned equipment, ensuring continuous operation during scheduled production hours. * Collaborate with the Technical Warehouse team and required personnel for transportation and removal of hazardous waste. * Generate Improvement Ideas to increase manufacturing process efficiency and optimize resources allocated to the area. * Actively participate in developing maintenance plans, tasks, and materials within organized analysis groups established for this purpose. * Adhere to Good Maintenance Practices, timely report Work Orders (including date and time), and generate corresponding orders to withdraw materials from the technical warehouse. Ensuring stock variances remain "0". * Verify proper handling of hazardous waste to prevent related issues; monitor and correct any problems that may jeopardize product safety, reporting them as necessary.
