Solovino is a small restaurant\-café located in the heart of La Condesa, offering an authentic, creative, and carefully crafted culinary experience. Our menu is concise, ever-changing, and centered on seasonal ingredients, drawing inspiration from traditional Mexican cantina culture and international culinary touches. We also seek practical solutions to serve our café bar efficiently and prepare food that is simple and quick to assemble—many items must be pre-prepared for assembly at the bar due to spatial limitations in our second location. We value quality over quantity and are looking for someone who shares this vision. **Profile we seek:** A cook or chef with initiative, creativity, and energy—someone who enjoys proposing new dishes, meticulously maintains quality and presentation of every creation, and wishes to lead our small kitchen with passion and professionalism. **Key responsibilities:** * Develop and propose dishes with a seasonal and local focus. * Execute the daily menu flawlessly, ensuring consistency and quality. * Manage and control inventory, orders, and suppliers. * Provide positive leadership and effective communication with both kitchen and front-of-house teams. * Oversee cleanliness, hygiene, and good practices in the kitchen. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in kitchens with creative concepts. * Formal culinary training or equivalent verifiable experience. * Ability to work effectively in compact spaces with optimized resources. * Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and aesthetic sensibility. * Genuine desire to grow and develop alongside the project. **What we offer:** * A warm, respectful, and collaborative work environment. * Creative freedom to contribute and implement your own ideas. * Defined working hours focused on quality of life.
