Opportunity for professional growth and development. **CNC Shop Supervisor** At ISA Solutions, we are looking for a CNC Shop Supervisor with strong operational focus, shop-floor leadership, and experience in metal-mechanical manufacturing—capable of coordinating daily production activities and providing technical support to the machining team. **Required Profile** * Education: Technical Superior University Degree (TSU), Engineering, technical vocational program, or equivalent solid experience in CNC manufacturing. * Experience: Minimum 4 years in CNC machining and experience supervising operational staff or leading production. * Knowledge: * Operation of CNC lathes and/or machining centers. * Interpretation of mechanical drawings. * Measuring and dimensional inspection instruments. * Job setup, tooling, and material preparation. * Production tracking and compliance with specifications. * Skills: * Operational leadership. * On-the-floor problem solving. * Activity organization and prioritization. * Effective communication and teamwork. * Focus on quality and compliance. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate daily machining shop activities. * Monitor adherence to the production schedule. * Supervise CNC machine operation and ensure operational continuity. * Provide technical support for adjustments, startups, and process troubleshooting. * Verify compliance with quality specifications and good manufacturing practices. * Supervise operational personnel and support their training. * Monitor housekeeping, safety, and proper care of tools and equipment. **We Offer** * Active participation in a company specialized in precision CNC machining. * Competitive salary commensurate with knowledge and experience. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Technical work environment closely aligned with operations. * Opportunity for professional growth and development. * Employment stability. * Involvement in projects for domestic and export customers. * Integration into an ISO 9001\-certified company.
