Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Analyst to manage materials, replenish stock, verify shipments, and conduct inventories at a company specializing in raw materials for ice cream. Key Highlights: 1. Manages material arrangement, delivery, and restocking in the warehouse 2. Conducts inventories and ensures proper FIFO handling 3. Communicates efficiently with the warehouse team Company dedicated to the distribution of raw materials for ice cream is seeking a Warehouse Analyst. Requirements: * 1 year of experience in material arrangement, delivery, and restocking, or as an operational warehouse clerk or in similar roles * Technical degree, incomplete degree in Administration, or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred) Responsibilities: * Maintain efficient communication with the Warehouse Coordination team, the general warehouse clerk, and administrative analysts. * Restock materials timely and accurately for incoming and outgoing shipments. * Verify materials scheduled for route delivery. * Capture and submit photographic evidence to the administrative analyst for packages to be shipped. * Physically receive and arrange materials. * Request materials for general warehouse stock. * Handle FIFO procedures correctly. * Notify about materials nearing expiration to facilitate rotation. * Conduct weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual inventories at consignment locations and warehouses as required. * Follow up with Warehouse Coordination on customer service–related material requests or shortages. * Label all incoming materials according to applicable regulations.
