Join the Heineken Monterrey sales team! **SIX ATTRACTION \- INVESTOR SEARCH (100% FIELD) \- TEMPORARY FOR 3 MONTHS** **Attract viable candidates for SIX merchants through effective and process-aligned recruitment and selection. Responsible for developing a recruitment strategy (tailored to the location)** Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Administration, Business Management, Business Development, or related field (graduated, letter of completion required; **NOT** incomplete — candidates without a letter of completion or degree will not be considered) * Valid driver’s license for standard vehicles * Flexible schedule, familiarity with the city of Monterrey and surrounding areas * Advanced Excel skills * 100% field work Knowledge: * Retail, sales, investor attraction, effective selection, field recruitment * Field prospecting * Investor search * Digital recruitment via social media campaigns * Generation and management of prospect portfolios by zone * Contract closing * Financial evaluation and basic commercial skills of merchants * Rigorous file control and administrative follow-up with HR * Post-onboarding visits for retention and issue resolution * Coordination with commercial/expansion teams for strategic coverage * Proposals for improvements to strengthen the merchant network and attraction process * Preferably **experience in AFORE or banking sales**, objective-based work Skills: * Negotiation * Customer service * Results orientation * Communication fluency * Sense of urgency We offer: * Fixed salary (70%) and variable pay (30%, capped) \- $23,000 gross monthly * Statutory benefits * 10% savings fund * Profit sharing * Life insurance * Utility vehicle Required competencies: communication, sales, leadership, proactivity, analysis, follow-up, execution, persuasion, decision-making, negotiation. **Interested candidates must submit their resume specifying their salary expectations.** IMPORTANT: At HEINEKEN Mexico, all our recruitment and selection processes are free of charge.
